The big idea is to provide the UK IT channel with a solution to enable MSPs to automatically document, audit and secure their customers’ systems – whether they are cloud and network based, or on-premise environments, the firm said.

For those in the know, Liongard platform provides MSPs with immediate access to both historical and up-to-date configuration data, offering automating processes and reducing resolution time. Ultimately, the solution aims to minimise human error, build trust with MSPs’ customers, as well as allow IT service providers to efficiently manage systems at scale, the firm explained.
As well as providing trusted automation, the platform also performs inspections into more than 40 systems to unify insights across the technology stack and captures historical system changes to aid with troubleshooting and change tracking. There’s also Custom Actionable Alerts for proactive problem solving, as well as data exportability features for robust reporting and auditing, the firm said.
